Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. is pleased to announce that Peyton S. Carter has joined the firm’s Richmond office.

Peyton is Of Counsel in the Real Estate Strategies, Commercial, and Mergers, Acquisitions & Strategic Alliances practice groups. Her practice includes advising clients on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing and development, and other general business law and corporate and commercial transactions.  She received her B.A. from the University of Virginia and her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law.

The Kaufman & Canoles Real Estate Strategies Group is composed of attorneys and other professionals who focus on transactional, development and land use matters and related areas such as environmental law and tax planning.
