    Biography

    Eric is Of Counsel in the firm’s Richmond office where his practice focuses on public finance, transportation and local government matters, including traditional governmental finance, securities, state and local government law and public/private partnerships. Eric not only represents public sector clients on a transactional basis, he also serves in a general counsel capacity to local and regional governmental entities.

    • Represent issuers, borrowers, underwriters, lenders and trustees in a wide range of tax-exempt and taxable transactions, with an emphasis on governmental, transportation, 501(c)(3) and education financing, including governmental project financings and private activity bond matters
