    Biography

    Eric is Co-Chair of the Corporate & Public Finance Practice Group. His practice focuses on public finance, transportation and local government matters, including traditional governmental finance, securities, state and local government law and public/private partnerships. Eric not only represents public sector clients on a transactional basis, he also serves in a general counsel capacity to local and regional governmental entities.
